Let's Get Started

To reduce the risk of injury user must read instruction manuals for all tools used in this project. Wear eye and respiratory protection. Use clamps to support work piece whenever practical.

STEP 1

Step 1

Begin by going to Dremel3D.com to download the models, titled “Pumpkin Head Facial Features.”

STEP 2

Step 2

Once you have built your 3D models, paint them to your preference. We chose bright, cheerful colors so they stood out against the orange pumpkin.

STEP 3

Step 3

Wherever you plan to attach the 3D models, create preliminary holes into the pumpkin by using either a skewer, knife, or drill. Then, assemble the pumpkin head by poking the 3D prints into the pumpkin's premade holes.

STEP 4

Step 4

Finally, paint extra characteristics to make your pumpkin unique. We added a mustache, hair and shirt collar to keep him fun and silly!
